The value depends on the brand, model, age, and condition. A 2 to 4 year old stairlift from a leading brand will usually fetch more than an older model, but every lift is different. Give us the make, model, and rough age on the phone and we’ll give you an honest figure on the spot.

Yes. Curved, straight, or fully bespoke, our engineers handle the lot. Curved removals can take a little longer because of the rail work, but the process is the same and your staircase will be left exactly as it was.
A standard straight stairlift is usually off the staircase in 30 to 60 minutes. Curved or more complex installations can take up to a couple of hours. Either way, we tidy up as we go and clear everything from your home before we leave.
It goes back to our workshop where our engineers strip it, test it, and recondition it to British Safety Standards. From there, it gets sold on to a family who couldn’t otherwise afford a new lift. Nothing usable ends up in landfill.
